Virtual 1:1 Coaching

In this 1-1 divinely guided journey, we embark together to unlock deep healing in the areas coming up to be healed and identify and rewire patterns that have been unconsciously running your life.

Your desire to live a life of intention and full expression is your driving force. Through this work, we will get you unstuck and moving toward that North Star.

This work combines creative intuitive transformational coaching with somatic processing and embodiment work to clear energetic blocks and alchemize emotional wounds that may be preventing you from taking action and moving toward your deepest desires. You will learn your resistance patterns and core fear and how to understand them and work with them to be free and fully expressed as uniquely YOU, in the world.

We will work to uncover what parts of yourself you may have dismissed or kept hidden that you felt were unacceptable. Integrating and accepting these parts (your shadow) are THE way to your creative life force energy. It’s why we welcome all parts of you home with loving arms to be acknowledged, seen and heard. In doing so this allows you to fully own and accept your brilliance so that you can shine your light freely in the world!

This is the most in depth transformational experiential coaching package I offer. It is a sacred container that requires commitment and a level of self-responsibility.
