Over time these habits can bury you under the rubble of all the years of fear and doubt and block your ability to receive. 

Unleashing you is uncovering all the parts of you buried under that rubble piece by piece to reveal the magic hidden underneath.

YOU. You are the magic.

For each 2-hour session, we will work within the framework of Move, Flow, Liberate, and Create.

✦ Move:

We will move energy to uncover what is there. This may be through body movement and breath or sound. Energy needs and wants to move, but so often it’s stagnant or the brain is working overtime to do all the work (ie overthinking, ruminating) this is exhausting (as you may know!) and doesn’t lead to the clarity and spark that lives in you.

✦ Flow:

Once the energy is flowing, we will drop in and let the heart and body speak through illuminating journaling prompts, sharing, and deeper inquiry. Once the energy is in motion, stuck emotions can come through, ideas can flow, and intuition can come online.

✦ Liberate:

Liberation happens in the allowing. Allowing the truth to bubble up without self-editing or shutting it down. Truth spoken in safe places kills shame and doubt and cultivates much-needed courage. It changes the neural pathways and builds new connections!

✦ Create:

Your voice is your creative tool! Freeing your voice and saying the thing “out loud” is your opportunity to create. There is no rule book. You get to create the life you want with each word and each action you take.

You will integrate new tools to support, regulate, and unleash your unique authentic self while feeling safe and supported. 

This cultivates courage, gives you bite-size practices without overwhelm, and allows you to practice with other people while creating a meaningful community. 

This framework is the formula to Unleash YOU.  

It doesn’t have to be complicated. 

The Call Structure:

Drop In

We’ll unpack the vital energy and themes that impact your relationships, creativity, career, and joy. Together, we’ll journal (spirit writing) reflect on the higher truths that come through and imagine new possibilities for your unique path.

Personal Expression*

Be held in a brave and compassionate space where you can name the places in your life where you feel muted, small, or held back. Sharing helps to ease the weight, teach the body you are safe to be seen and creates space for transformation.

*This is always optional. You get to decide when and how you want to share. We all process differently and at a different pace and I’m committed to holding a space that honors each person's way of showing up, while also encouraging stretching your edge.

Witness

Receive the gift of being deeply seen and heard while holding that same healing presence for others. There’s magic in knowing you’re not alone in this journey. Being witnessed is a crucial part of healing, moving out of shame into your true self. 

Embody

Through a combination of energy + creative expression + embodiment practices we’ll transmute guilt, shame, and over-apology, creating room for more of YOU.

1, 1-1 Unleashing You Activation call with Laura.

You can use this 1-1 activation call anytime during the 4 months. In this 90-minute call together, we will uncover your deepest desire and the hidden belief or wound that keeps you stuck or disconnected in the most important area of your life.  

This call is designed to meet you where you are and begin to untether from the old programming and install the new energy you need to create from the truth of who you are.  You hold the answers. I bring my presence, intuition, tools, and love to help transmute stuck energy and unleash your light.

During the 4 months together, we will also have some incredible guest teachers join us.  

Each of these wise women are deeply devoted to sharing the wisdom and tools they hold, but are also walking talking examples of women who are committed to their own unleashing!

Why a group container?

Here’s why:

Courage and accountability: Being in a group adds an additional powerful stretch as there is typically a shared goal. Being committed to a group offers both additional courage and accountability.

Nervous system calibration: When you show up vulnerably it teaches your nervous system it’s safe to be YOU out loud.  This is vital so you can be YOU out loud in your soul work or business.

Loving yourself through the resistance: Often there is resistance that can show up in a group and having the opportunity to work through it is HUGE.  Groups often activate family dynamics and wounds that would otherwise stay hidden. However, when you’re in a safe and intimate group container (as this one is) you’ll have the chance for those wounds to be activated, cleared, and healed. This means you’ll get the gift of transforming resistance into relationship gold, which is a skill you’ll need as you expand your expression of self.

How do your clients describe you?

My clients describe me as intuitive, magical, wise, and a striking balance of bright, real, and bold. If you’re ready to go deep, but also need to come up and play in the light, we’ll be a good fit!

What are some of your quirks/special talents?

I can see your light right away. I hold a safe and sacred space where you can finally let yourself be seen. I’ve been told I have a talent for bringing magical people together. I get divine downloads in my dream time and channel most of my messages from nature. My passion is humanity and I’m always connecting the dots, patterns, and connections allowing me to see what’s needed and what’s possible. 

I’m a Manifesting Generator 2/4 in Human Design and my life purpose in the Gene Keys is Gene Key 11 - Idealism-to use the beautiful richness of the right brain visions and archetypes in our life to launch it onto a higher level. That is our greatest Gift – to catch others on fire with the Light that burns in our heart. Our Gift is our heart, our love, our devotion. 

What creative outlets do you have?

Writing, finding unique treasures (usually in nature), spending time with my family of 5, anything in nature, travel, wandering without a time limit or outcome, seeking beauty, small boutiques, and art galleries.

What are your favorite books?

The Dance of the Dissadent Daughter, Untamed, Secret Garden, Return to Love, Shameless & The Untethered Soul 

What would you do with 10 million dollars?

I would create a school that is designed by neurodivergent minds and would be inclusive. All students would attend, neurodivergent and neurotypical, and all students would be taught, valued, and integrated together. Learning from one another. Buddy programs and art and social-emotional learning from TK-12th grade, outside and inside, all ways of learning valued and included. The school would be financially accessible for ALL and would become a template for the new ways that schools are created and run. (hint: also a new world)

In addition to that, I would create a magical home in the woods near water for my family that includes spaces for retreats and guests to stay. Animal-friendly and wildflowers everywhere.
